OUR OBJECTIVES
WISHALL aims to work at all the 3 levels in a community – We organize the community into small groups (transformation groups) and aims to bring in transformation in the individual, and when individuals are being transformed there is impact in the family and when families are transformed there takes place transformation in the community.

OUR ACTIVITIES
Transformation Groups
More than 450 women and their families in Chennai and 1500 women in the most vulnerable states of North India are empowered economically, socially and spiritually.
SKILL TRAINING
600 women and young girls are trained in various income-generating skills. More than 60% of them are able to earn money through the skills learned.
Children Community Center
Caters to this need of improving the status of children in terms of their health and education, this model is based on the principle of utilizing the local resource to the maximum extent possible. External resources will be an add-on to make the CCC more effective in terms of quality.
Young Girls Group (YG2)
Addressing the issues of young girls by forming Young Girls Group (YG2) and empowering them through value education, vocational and soft skills development, savings habit, etc.
Faith Garden
Food Always In The House is a method for growing vegetables throughout the year for a family to address nutrition and economic needs.
Community Transformation Training
Faith organizations are facilitated to see how the WORD applies to all the areas of their lives and challenges them to express God’s love to their communities through loving acts. More than 60 such organizations have been trained.
WISHALL Wonder works
WISHALL WonderWorks aims to equip downtrodden women with income-generating skills. It enhances the earning capacity by creating a platform called WWW where women are assisted in putting their skills to profitable use.
Access to Micro Loans
For the past 8 years, on an average 40 women access loans for starting business, treatment, paying fees, constructing houses and buying assets thus eliminating the exploitation of money lenders.
Business Development Training
Women are trained to start up business and run it on a profit. 300 people were trained over the past 2 years.
